Despite the fact that we are NOT crew agents almost on a daily basis we get an average of 8 CV's and resumes emailed to us.

Some from people who obviously have little or no idea what the industry is about. Others are from experienced crew or people who appear to have what it takes and have a 'Special Skill'. For example masseuse, nurse, diving instructor etc

Currently, at no extra cost to yourselves if you opt to become a member of the CRD we will forward all the crew resumes that we feel may be of use to you. Thus helping both parties, the crew agent gets useful crew for their books, the candidates get a wider net for their search.
