• All information supplied by you and your company must be digital ie through email on CD or DVD.
  
  
• Responsibility for copyright of images, logo's and texts will be held by yourselves. Copyright will be released to us for site use.
  
  
• Space is sold on a strictly first come first placed basis.
  
  
• Prices are ex VAT
  
  
• Please note: If any artwork, writing, graphic design is required a 25% deposit must be made in advance.
  
  
• If the work required to make your article, logo or graphic internet ready is extensive there may be additional costs.
  
  
• All services are provided on a prepaid basis. Activation of your ads, links, editorial and/or graphics is effective immediately upon receipt of payment in full.
